The Council note with sympathy that former Councillor and Alderman John Halliday, has sadly passed away.
John was Councillor for Beckvale Ward, which includes the Pulhams, from 1995-2007. He was portfolio holder for the Economy from 2000-2005 when he was heavily involved in the Council’s role in establishing both the Hethel Engineering Centre and the Bioincubator at the Norwich Research Park.
