Mark Scanlan

Mark moved to Pulham St Mary in the summer of 2017. He has previously been involved with a community management group but has not been part of a parish council before, he is interested in this role as he is keen to engage within the local community.
Mark is a member of the Sports & Recreation , the Planning and the Data Protection Committees.
Tania McDaniel
Vice Chair
Tania has lived in the village since 1996 and has served as a Councillor since 2002. She runs a training consultancy business with her husband Patrick and also works as a Primary School Teacher in Attleborough. Tania is a member of the Planning and the Data Protection Committees.
Cliff Boardman
Councillor
Cliff moved to the village in June 2022, with his extended family relocating locally. Cliff has been impressed by the passion he has witnessed, of the Council’s desire to help maintain and promote growth of community cohesion. He has joined the Council as he wishes to support this aspiration too. Cliff is a member of the Planning Committee.
Claire Yaxley
Councillor/Tree Warden
Claire has recently moved to Pulham St Mary. Previously a business owner in Norwich, she has moved to be closer to family in Diss where she grew up. Claire has joined the council to improve the future of the parish and local community. Claire is is a member of the Planning Committee and the Tree Warden.
Clayton Hudson
Councillor
Clayton has lived in the village since 2012. He is a director within his own property management, investment and consultancy business. Clayton considers himself an active Community Campaigner for over 20 years and has been a South Norfolk District Councillor since 2015.
Simon Burridge
Councillor
Simon has lived in Pulham St Mary his entire life. He is a member of the Parish Council because he endeavours to help things to run smoothly and would like to improve things in the village for all its inhabitants. He is a farmer by trade.
Simon is a member of the Sports & Recreation committee and the Planning Sub Committee.
Paul Lanshaw
Councillor
Paul moved to the Maltings in March 2014 having previously lived in Saxlingham Nethergate. He is a retired company director and textile technologist.
At present he is a director and trustee of Headway the brain injury charity and he also Volunteers at the Pennoyer Centre on film nights.
Paul is a member of the Sports & Recreation and the Planning Sub Committees.
Victor Freeman
Councillor and Footpath Warden
Vic moved to Pulham St Mary in 2017, after taking early retirement working as a fire and security senior supervisor, in the manufacturing industrial sector.
Vic is able to transfer skills he gained in his working life to help resolve problems and would like to play an active roll within the community.
You will often see Vic out and about with his dog bailey, keeping an eye out for any problems on the parish footpaths, in his role as Footpath
Warden. Vic is also a member of the Planning and Sports and Recreations Committees.
Vanessa Andersson-Hewitt
Vanessa, who originally comes from Sweden, now lives in Pulham St Mary and runs a local business with her husband. With Children attending the local school she is particularly keen to represent family interests within the village and bring such matters to the Parish Councils attention. Vanessa is a member of the Planning Committee.
